Integrated Management System (IMS) Policy of Momtazan Industrial Co.
Top management of Momtazan Industrial Co. is committed to implementing the following policies to ensure the effectiveness of its management systems:

Furthermore, by providing all relevant information and necessary resources to the appropriate stakeholders, we aim to accomplish both strategic and operational objectives, realize the company’s vision through an excellence-driven approach, and ensure sustainable success through continuous efforts to create value for all stakeholders.
Top management of Momtazan Industrial Co. is committed to safeguarding and continuously developing the above management systems. In pursuit of this commitment, all necessary information and resources required to achieve both strategic and operational objectives are made available to relevant personnel. The company expects all managers, consultants, and employees to demonstrate continuous effort toward realizing this shared vision, to act as role models within their respective areas of responsibility, and to actively promote the development and institutionalization of a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
These objectives are achieved through ongoing training, enhancement of knowledge and competencies, development of human capital, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, utilization of up-to-date equipment, adoption of appropriate and modern technologies, and the active, organization-wide participation of employees at all levels.
To ensure continuous monitoring and effective oversight of the management and quality systems, the Management Representative is responsible for regularly reporting on system performance and actively pursuing improvement initiatives.
This policy shall be reviewed and revised as necessary, in line with the expansion of company activities and the strategic direction of top management.
