Momtazan Industrial Co. Kerman was founded in 1987 by Engineer Mohammad Nokhaei Nejad with the aim of designing and manufacturing fully automated pistachio processing machinery. In 2002, the founder of Momtazan Industrial Co. Kerman, encouraged by provincial authorities and supported by the private sector, established Momtazan Cement.

Following the establishment of Momtazan Cement, Momtazan Industrial Co. Kerman became responsible for a major portion of the project’s mechanical works. From that point onward, the company expanded its activities and began playing an active role in various industries, including cement, steel, power plants, oil, gas, and petrochemicals.
