Project Summary
Momtazan Industrial Co. served as the main contractor for the Momtazan Kerman Cement Plant project, achieving a national record for the shortest project execution time in Iran.
Momtazan Cement Company (Public Joint Stock) was established on August 15, 2002, with a production capacity of 3,300 tons of clinker per day (equivalent to 1 million tons per year). The project was developed to meet regional and national cement demand while creating employment opportunities in Kerman Province.
The plant produces Gray Portland Cement in various types, customized according to customer requirements.
The limestone mine is located adjacent to the plant site, approximately 400 meters from the main highway.
The factory is geographically positioned 32 kilometers along the Kerman–Rafsanjan highway.

Project Description
Momtazan Industrial Co. acted as the EPC main contractor, providing full engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning services for the Momtazan Kerman Cement Plant. The scope included stacker and reclaimer systems, complete material handling and conveying systems, crushing equipment, the entire pyro-processing line (pre-heater, pre-calciner, rotary kiln, and grate cooler), raw material and cement grinding units, steel structures, utilities, fuel feeding systems, and complete refractory lining works.
